Tyrone Powell is a Licensed Psychologist in North Carolina and Indiana with 20+ years of diverse clinical experience, particularly, the treatment of marital and family issues, mood disorders, and PTSD.
Dr. Powell works with adults 18 years and older. He has 20+ years of clinical experience working with individuals, groups, marital and families, and state organizations. He has worked as a Counseling Psychologist primarily in community mental health.
Currently, Dr. Powell utilizes evidenced based practices for clients with a variety of clinical disorders such as marital and family issues, posttraumatic stress disorder, spiritual issues, anger management, depression, anxiety, mood instability, and psychological testing. His philosophy is that your emotions react, your mind evaluates, and your will chooses interactively. He especially enjoys providing treatment for marital and family issues.
